L’avevamo incontrata già il 09/01/2024, a distanza di due giorni dalla prima udienza per le violazioni israeliane della Convenzione sul Genocidio. La Corte di Giustizia Internazionale stabilì già allora la “plausibilità” del #genocidio, sulla cui sanguinosa sussistenza non hanno dubbi la maggioranza degli esperti e una Commissione #ONU: ai sensi del diritto internazionale basterebbe questo per imporre ai nostri governi la fine di rapporti militari e di tutti quegli scambi che rendono complici governi e aziende nel “crimine dei crimini”.
Eppure non è stato così, perché i rapporti continuano, nonostante l’indignazione popolare esplosa in mobilitazioni che non si vedevano da decenni, e che misure repressive cercano di stroncare a colpi di carta bollata e tramite il massiccio uso di una propaganda algoritmica che sa di stantio.
L’attacco allo stato sovrano del #Venezuela, iniziato con bombardamenti pirateschi e omicidi in acque internazionali, culminato con la cattura di Maduro, conferma che la volontà di dominio dell’apparato mediale, industriale e militare, conta molto di più del diritto internazionale, quella legge che non va fatta rispettare quando a violarla sono gli alleati di chi ci governa. Imporre la legge del più forte va al di là dei giudizi politici che si possono avere su Maduro e sulla legittimità della sua presidenza. Da più di due anni continuiamo a vedere imposta in #Palestina la “legge della giungla”, sostituita al rispetto dei diritti umani. Questo fa paura, ma quel timore, sostiene Albanese, non deve paralizzarci: deve spingerci ad agire.
