I sent the makertube admins a message both through the PeerTube contact form and over mastodon so we'll wait for a response.
OK I think I found the problem, and it's with makertube's object storage. I'm getting a 403 error (Access Denied) when I try to play one of their videos. I'll try submitting a report to them.

No issues seen on the server, but I'll try a reboot just in case.
I was poking around on my #peertube instance and I noticed that a lot of videos from makertube aren't loading up through my player. I'm able to load them up on the original site but not through mine. Other peertube instances I federate with are unaffected from what I can tell. I'm not sure what's going on though I do see a lot of console errors from the javascript video engine.
