I am so very exhausted, for the past few days I have been feeling as if there is not enough time and I keep feeling rushed, what is bad is that I am not really doing anything at all, between the pain, the stress my anxiety my blood pressure has been all over the place, I feel so very much run down, and I feel like I have a million things to take care, and I really have no way to handle anything, my brain is failing, my fine motor control is failing everything is a bit darker than it should be, things really simply are not right nor great and the there is not a thing I can do;

My dad has MS and is elderly, at this stage of his life, crippled. He hardly gets out of bed anymore & the pain is tremendous.
There is a medication that helps relieve some pain & slow the process of the nerve disease, but my family is broke until Friday. Completely broke.
