My dad has MS, a nerve disease that causes EXTREME pain and in his old age, leaves him bedridden; teeth grinding and all sorts of issues. TL;DR- it attacks his nervous system.
There's a med that helps, but we cannot afford it till next week. I don't want my dad to suffer - so anything helps. It's agonizing to see him hurt so much.

I really wish I had the physical space to actually do something, every time I want or need to do A, I have to move B,C,D,E, ect, and this is a constant ongoing issue, right now I have my crockpot on the counter where my coffee pot normally sits, it is also where I do any kind of food prep, put dishes as I wash them ect, I have 3 potatoes left and I was going to chop them up to make some hashbrowns to eat, but one the crockpot is in the way and second my coffee pot is sitting on my tiny stove, no room to do anything, then every morning I have to clear out my chair to sit in, as my some of my stuff has to live in it at night so I can get into bed, every time I want to lay down, I have unload the bed, get up to sit, unload the chair, my clothing what little I have lives on my washer, to do wash I have to move them to my bed, ect ect ect, so on top of constantly not having the basics I actually need to live, I have no room to actually live either, I really truly wish people would realize that helping me raise the full $5million I would like to raise would really improve my life today, tomorrow and until I leave this world, I could buy property build my forever home, have the things I actually need to live and space to live, I could have food, clothing, furniture, ect, knowing what I need and what I want to do, I can do it all, and have enough left to insure I never need help for the next 40 or so years that I have left to live, and just maybe I will also be in a position to help others as well, right now I am $260 short of buying #food for the next couple of weeks, I am $3,978 short of getting somewhat caught up to date, I am $25,000 short of clearing out the year, having food and clothing for the winter a new bed to sleep on, a few dollars in reserve to cover replacing one of my failing appliances, ending the year slightly better than I have spent it, and I am $5million short of actually being able to put #poverty behind me allowing me to live withing the confines of my #disability and focusing on taking care of my #health and working towards helping others that are constantly suffering and struggling as I have been most of my 47 years, if only people could see the value and the benefit actually providing the support I am desperately trying to raise to escape some of this despair;

The old man struggles to get out of his sunken bed, cluttered with what little he owns, as he manages to pull him self upright upon his feet, his body riddled with pain as hunger gnaws at his stomach, with his classical music playing he stumbles over to make a pot of coffee, as it brews he shuffles to the toilet where his empty bowls rage war against him, looking in the mirror his hair and beard askew, his hands to weak to bother to brush it through, as makes his way back he clears his sole chair so he can sit and stare into the barren void of despair, the coffees ready he struggles to get up again, his hands trembling as he sloppily pours a cup, o thats nice and warm, he gently packs his pipe with tobacco and with his coffee in hand he makes his way to the door, as he opens it to the darkness outside, the world begins to rise, unaware of the turmoil inside, for alone in poverty with a broken disabled body and mind, this old man has to face another horrifying day today;
