Dear Santa,
It would be a #Christmas Miracle, and it could be a reality if #Santa could find a way to help this #disabled man existing in #poverty to raise all the money he needs, to buy property to build his forever home, and fill it with all he will ever need, to have security and stability to have a roof that will be forever mine, to have the space to create and thrive, to have the room to grow and fill my life, to have the hope to not only live but have the means to also help others, if at first the number seems big, when you realize the need and the dream it really is rather small, to have and never need to stand and not fall to my knees, for if by Grace this Christmas be a gift for me to ever be, $5million will set me free, it will be the gift of life to me, if only all the Elf's in Santa's realm could and would join with me, and make this Christmas Wish a reality;

OMG, the last time I made this, I had a frozen roast, this time it was fully thawed, so the 6hours was a little long, at first I thought I lost all that effort to eat, the pork did fall apart wonderfully, but was a tad dry, and all my apples around it had turned to mush that was expected, what was not is the amount of caramelized crusty burnt bits that filled the roasting pan, I added one more 48oz jar of apple sauce put the lid back on stuck it back in the oven at 200 for 30mins, and OMG, the pork bounced with flavor and all the caramelized crusty blended into the rest wonderfully, and flavor omg that blend of pork and apple is amazing and the pumpkin pie spice is just hint there and with the carrots wow, just so flavorful, now I am going to be snacking on this all weekend long, and that is the perfect way to enjoy this creative dish, its more than a meal, its a seasonal dream dressed in yummy food;
Philip's Fall Pork Roast,
1 5.5lb with bone in Picnic Pork Roast,
2 Large Granny Smith Apples Chunked Up
5 Medium Small Carrots Sliced Up
1 Jar 48oz Apple Sauce
A Generous Dusting Of Pumpkin Pie Spice
A Roasting Pan With Lid
A Oven Preheated to 350deg,
Place Roast in center of roasting pan, bed the apples around the roast, then the carrots, then cover starting with the roast with apple sauce and move out to cover everything, add a generous dusting of pumpkin pie spice over everything, place lid on roasting pan, stick in a 350deg oven for 6 hours, pork should completely fall apart and have a wonderful fall flavor;

My family currently needs to contact a plumber in order for us to get tap water, our only way of drinking anything. Ultimately, I'm trying to get a few days worth of water. My sister doesn't get paid till after the 1st, after just returning to work.

As the classical music plays, the old man dragged himself out of a bed of jagged thorns glass and stone, stumbling to prepare his coffee he struggles to fill the pot his body stiff and painful after a restless night of storms and driving rains, with the coffee brewing he makes his way to the toilet, his bowels in a tizzy, a turd seems to linger, looking in the mirror his hair and beard have looked better, he pours a cup of coffee and carefully packs his pipe with tobacco, shuffling out the door to a dark and wet morning with humid air, as he begins to breath, his head heavy like a leaded weight, his legs weak and he realizes the day really does not care, as he ventures back inside he prepares a roast to later feast, the care to cut the apples and carrots, the placement into the oven with shaking hands o dear, he cleans up his mess, and clears out his chair, his mind to tired to look at the news, another day in where his struggles and suffering will fall upon deaf ears, for the smells of apples and pork begin to fill the air, a meal for the day, a snack for tonight, a plate for tomorrow, and then it will be gone, and the fight to eat will start over, winter is near and there is no one who will care, for no warmth will be had no help to come, the emptiness of cupboards being bare and hole filled underwear, no sweaters to wear, no warmth for his feet, the old man sinks deeper into his seat, life is a devasting feat;
