As the clouds fill the sky, so does the haze of age fill the mind, with darkening and blurring vision, hands that ache and have lost their strength, a back and legs of burning pain, the imbalance of a broken thermoregulator, calorie deficient days and sleepless nights, the embattled soul struggles to maintain its hold, for the body but a living corpse rotting before its own eyes, a mind that breaks without reason or rhyme, the mountains that once held no barrier now rain down an avalanche of despair, no hands to hold, no voice to console, no feet to wander beyond the fear, trapped in time as it consumes all it sees, to be entombed in eternal entropy;

A wild discovery simply being described as alien, has exobiologists, marine biologist and biologists perplexed, being identified as solitary independent carnivorous bio-mechanical tentacle, it what appears to be a swarm of them have descended upon the capital and are consuming every bit of matter both living and innate leaving a massive hole in their wake, with no connection to any central unit they act in unity while being completely independent, in the span of just 24 hours they have consumed an area of 48sq miles, leaving authorities concerned as all attempts to contain and neutralize have failed;

The visual perception of my recent observations, the lack of song birds, the increase of early day flights of hawks and the large groupings of vultures and buzzards soaring higher than normal, coupled with the bizarre hoarding and gorging of the squirrels, says a lot about the weather today and the weather that is to come, for many will dismiss these signs and claim I have lost my mind, but for centuries man has watched natured for the times ahead, and I am seeing a disturbance within the forces of nature, and when you factor in how long the polar caps have been melting and the deep ocean currents have been slowing, it is hard to not to see that global temps are changing, for all the flare of global warming, it was merely a prelude to the 100 year ice age that is descending, now nature has its own ways of existing and changing and is never set in stone, but I tell you of the signs I see and the winter that is about to be, for if I am wrong or nature goes another way, may the sun bring you warmth and crops of plenty, but if my eyes have not deceived me, and the earth is about to freeze, for what warning will anyone truly heed, for decades they preached of acid rain and burning hot days, for man is tired of climate warings, but I say the tides are changing and if this trend remains, not potato nor tomato will there be, for a frozen barren wasteland the earth soon will be;

Within the darkness of the Monday sky lies a storm so immense it encompasses the entire earth, for not a single ray of sun can touch the ground, as temps begin to fall across the globe, not one was prepared for 100 year winter, for years global warming was the enemy to beat or fear, but nature had another plan in store, even as the polar ice caps melted day by day and the oceans warmed, no one saw the storm that was coming for years they declared seasons and storms to be more severe and heat to much to bear, yet here we are with winter's icy grasp covering every single land mass, for somehow a massive mini ice age has appeared out of nowhere, to see the snows in the summers sky to skate on frozen lakes in July, not one was aware the world was about to die, for now no way to grow for frozen ground yields no crops to grow, to be a generation in an icy cage, will surely end the humans days;

After an exhausting night of sleepless pain, the old man drags his lifeless breathless corpse out of a sunken bed of jagged shards of glassy rocky thorny steel, unable to yet see as the classical music plays he scrapes his stiffened corpse across the floor to prepare his coffee with shaky trembling hands he pours in the water and counts the scoops of grind, after fumbling he manages to plug in the percolator as the coffee begins to perc he stumbles off to the toilet, his bowels bellow out in a hungerous rage, in the mirror lost in the abyss his reflection shows his disheveled hair and beard, to tired and weak to care he shuffles back to his bed where he struggles to pull on his socks pants and shoes, he pours a cup of coffee and gently packs his pipe with scraps of tobacco and slips out the door, the morning is dark and gray the air is heavy with moisture, as the world is awakening not a soul cares for the hellish plight of life the old man must yet again endure;

Some Compassion And Support Sure Would Be Nice,
I have so many unseen issues, most don’t realize the true difficulty I endure each day, first I don’t sleep well, for many reasons, from a brain that is constantly in overdrive, to relentless nightmares, to being in constant pain, to not having a decent supportive bed to sleep on, so my days start of painful, tired and overwhelmed before I even get going, Often I go hungry because living in #poverty I simply can not afford #food to eat, I typically only get around 600-800 calories a day when a man my size and age should be getting around 3000 calories a day, as a result despite my appearance I suffer from malnutrition, I have a great deal of difficulty cleaning my tiny cave, from not being able to afford the basics to have cleaning supplies to being physically limited in my ability to do so, I cant hardly bend over, nor can I very easily get up and down off the floor, taking a shower can simply become a serious challenge, and often leaves my exhausted not to mention I cant often afford the basics for personal hygiene, simply washing a dish or standing at the stove at times can be brutal on my back, then there are chores I need to tend to as part of my rent, and those absolutely can be a painful and exhaustive event for me, and those around often don’t even realize and expect more as a result, and if I say I have had enough today, I am questioned, because they assume I did what I did with ease, but they have no idea of the pain and struggle I had to endure to deal with to accomplish the tasks at hand, reading has become trouble some, as world become very blurry and melt together, writing is becoming increasingly difficult, as finding the words is getting harder and harder, being creative used to help but I have been in so much pain, and under so much stress that I often cant even muster up the energy to attempt to be creative, not to mention my camera is failing, my laptop is struggling, and again no money to obtain what I actually need, I have no #healthcare because the laws people pass have really messed that up, and after years fighting to get it resolved I have given up, so I fight through each day to just to suffer the next, I reach out constantly for financial support yet receive nearly nothing compared to what I actually need, this #disable man exists in #poverty, constant pain and my #anxiety exacerbates my #ptsd, my #bipolar cycles, and several other issues, my blood pressure has been all over the place and frankly in a rather obscenely high range for to long, my core body temp has been far lower than the average, while I often feel as though I am on fire, things get darker with my sight each day, and yet to bright, I hear and see so much that is not actually there, so very much wrong and no support nor help to be found, it would really truly help if people could and would help me #fundriase the money I need each day to live, and the money I need to set up a life where I can take care of myself and lessen the effects of poverty and disability on an aging body and mind.
