I like armbian project, they work with alternative solutions in terms of hardware: it's really healthy.
The software, that they support is based on Debian (an operating system based on Linux). They have business partners, which is great. Yet, I could only find one in Italy, unless I am mistaken: a Silver member AtomoNetworks (a fiber internet provider). Linux foundation, relies on donations too, from Google, MS, Meta, etc..
