I’ve used Linux for roughly 30 years.

For 20+ of those years, Debian was my daily desktop driver.

So I did not expect an Arch-based distro to change my mind this quickly.

Then I tried CachyOS.

A few days later, it was on my main desktop, my new System76 Pangolin Pro, and even my wife’s Intel/NVIDIA laptop.

Fast, polished, gaming-friendly, and practical.

Debian is still great.

CachyOS changed my view.
