Did you know I studied electrical engineering besides work? On Thursday, I finished my bachelor's thesis with the final presentation and it's time to finally present my project: ZEReader, a microcontroller-based E-Reader.
Inspired by the Open Book Project by Joey Castillo, I designed my own platform from scratch. My focus was on building a reader usable in everyday life that is capable of handling books in the EPUB format. The project is still in a very early phase, but it shows great potential, and I have lots of ideas for future revisions.

I spent some time on jDeepL, my unofficial DeepL translation app for Linux. Bumped it from Java 11 to 17, updated dependencies, and set up automated GitHub releases.
Before I was manually uploading JARs to my Nextcloud instance, which worked but wasn't exactly convenient, for no one... Now GitHub Actions handles everything when I push a tag.

Ever wished for a "Convert to PDF" option in Explorer to quickly convert MS #Word files, but you don't want to touch Adobe software?

Basically, it's a short #PowerShell script and a few Windows Registry changes wrapped in an #MSI, overall about 150 lines of simple code and most of it is boilerplate.
Also, it's #FLOSS and #OpenSource too. Used but not fully tested (didn't test ODT yet) so use at your own risk.
