Nach vielen bewölkten Nächten konnte ich gestern mal wieder loslegen. Die Bedingungen waren nicht ideal. Fast Vollmond, Dunst und Staub (aus Kanada) in der Luft. Da gehen nur große und helle Objekte.
Zum Glück steht grad eines am Himmel: M 31 „Andromeda Galaxy“. Ca 450 Einzelbilder je 15 Sekunden von meinem #dwarf3 nachbearbeitet mit #siril und #graxpert - beide #opensource …

Ich hab es getestet, es fühlt sich tatsächlich schneller an als Mint, trotz KDE-Desktop. Die Installation geht auch schneller. Allerdings wird sich zeigen, wie stabil das auf lange Sicht ist. Es dürften auch weniger Pakete im Paketmanager sein, als bei debianbasierten Distributionen...

One program that was written very well, with both the beginning and the master user in mind is this one
Raspberry Pie imager. If you barely know how to move in a graphic user interface you will still be able to make the image.
If you're a seasoned POSIX operator like me, the imager will still do exactly what you want and give you the proper results
