#linkding is another #opensource option, which seems the best fit for me: simple yet nice UI, it does what I need and even a bit more.
I'd need to self-host, why not, I'm not against it.
The browser addon has a feature I always wanted for #InMyPocket: search the items from the address bar. It can't list all your items though 😅 but again, I could adapt #InMyPocket to support this project.
It seems like a good option for me, but I'd also need to build something to sync to my #ereader.

@wallabag is #opensource, founded and built by a French dev 💪 and has been around for a very long time.
Open-source means many clients and integrations... of varying quality.
I could adapt #InMyPocket to support it, or contribute to the existing projects.
I'm not sure about the state of mobile clients. There are ways to sync with e-readers but again, not sure how practical they are.
I feel everything I need is possible but I'm worried about the UX of everything too 😅

I am one step further in the quest of total visual control of my SBC
I now have both micro HDMI outputs of the SBC send to two IPS LED panels. Along with the SBC the X86 Computing system and the ancient notebook
The third panel is attached to the ancient notebook
