I am constantly organizing, sorting and sifting through my ebook collection. Every now and then I need to view an ebook. So I fire up #okular and while doing so, leaving the shell. This is an annoying distraction.

Because the tui ebook readers didn't satisfy, I decided to just craft my own: #epuppy. It does the job. Give it a try.

Open-source Mixture of Engineering, 2022.

I think the AI industry should take on the Network industry, and design neural paths with inter-VLAN-like standard protocols (sort of inter-neural semantical pathways, sth like that), before calling themselves "open-source". Otherwise, it is a bit premature to make such wild claim I think. Can't wait to read the RFCs-like AI documentation!
Be careful of bridging loops tho (feedback loops)..

OSS folks, looking for two recommendations, both relating to eink / ebook devices.

* Need ebook reader device recommendations, onto which I will replicate my entire library.

* Also need an eink pad, good for mathematical writing in particular. Should be hackable, as I may want to try some sort of OCR integration with some kind of ITP/computer algebra system some day.

Can be the same device or not, but OSS-friendless and ability to connect with an OSS laptop is a must.

People often ask what's taking so long with @pidgin 3 and a recent review comment embodies this pretty clearly.

We move API around to make it more intuitive. In doing so, we tend to surface old odd decisions that need to be addressed, especially when it comes to our migration documentation. The doc is a careful balance of telling developers what they need to know while trying to not completely overload them with details. It can be found here docs.imfreedom.org/purple3/mig
