@lexinova @opensuse One related thing i can tell you is, #linux itself is still prone to #USPolitics in terms of whether or not you can contribute to the kernel depending on where you live.
Linus complied with #USSanctions and banned #Russian maintainers. If #Trump sanctions your country, he may do the same meaning linux as an #OpenSource project itself isn't free from our issues in some regards aside from the question you are asking openSUSE.
