Today the status site is all green, but filing an issue still takes *several minutes* to show up on the issue tracker. It has been instant forโฆ over a decade? But somehow now thatโs just flaky.
Maybe this is the kick I needed to finally explore alternatives more seriously. Codeberg is looking good to me right about now.

I guess the GitHub front-end is justโฆ garbage now? Like I knew it was having issues as the org has dwindled under Microsoft and their Copilot obsession, but hoo-boy this has become one of the most unreliable services I use.
I filed half a dozen issues on a tiny repo last night, and the app and website both just showed that no issues existed on the repo for a few *hours* afterwards. Their status site showed an ongoing incident, so I went to bed.
