🔬 Idempotency ≠ deduplication! Same key + different payload = 422 rejection. The package fingerprints method, route, query string & body — so key reuse with changed data is caught

Im Projekt SPARK entwickelt das Bundesministerium für Digitales und Staatsmodernisierung (BMDS) modulare KI‑Bausteine, die typische Arbeitsschritte in Planungs- und Genehmigungsverfahren unterstützen – von der Auswertung von Antragsunterlagen bis zur Vorbereitung von Entscheidungen. Ein Teil dieser Module steht bereits als Open Source zur Verfügung. Kathleen Jennrich (BMDS) stellt vor, wie die einzelnen Komponenten funktionieren, wie sie flexibel kombiniert werden können und wo ihre aktuellen Stärken und Grenzen liegen. Ziel ist es, greifbare Einblicke in den praktischen Einsatz von KI in der Verwaltung zu geben und Potenziale für die Nachnutzung aufzuzeigen.
