Krita Policy on LLM code
"Some may say, as long as the contributor understands the code it’s fine, but that’s a fallacy. No programmer really fully understands the code they are working with (otherwise bugzilla would be empty); but with LLM-generated code they haven’t even put any thought into it. That code will be unmaintainable."

For agent workflows that need to read documents, do you prioritize speed or accuracy?

GLM-OCR just went open-source (github.com/zai-org/GLM-OCR), and I'm curious how people weigh local vs. cloud OCR. My take: cloud wins on quality, local wins on privacy and cost. But with models improving fast, that gap might be closing.

What's your experience? For production agents, is local OCR viable yet?

If you spread false information by sharing old links and keep it up if people call you out, you're definitely mute-worthy.

The reason for that might be pleasure to stirr up drama from yesterday or to "prove your point" by citing obsolete historical documents.

Both are annoying.

Stop it.

Thank you.

@asl Discourse is a 100% #OpenSource community platform.

We can use a hosted service, or host it ourselves if need be. In addition to letting our users continue to use email, there now also a searchable web interface.

We didn’t take this decision lightly:
