I wish it was common practice to add an ARCHITECTURE.md to repositories. (see matklad.github.io/2021/02/06/A)

Also, I really like the idea of an ALGORITHM.md, like the one you can find in fzy:

Session lost paid staff, leaving volunteers to run its open source, metadata-minimizing network, with funding secured only until July 8. 🔒
Development is paused and funding remains far below its $1M goal, exposing fragility of privacy-first tools without sustainable support. ⚠️

Microsoft required ID checks for Windows partners, suspending accounts and blocking updates for VeraCrypt, WireGuard, and Windscribe. 🔒
Slow appeals and no access exposed centralized control over security tools, though Microsoft says accounts are being restored. ⚠️

Small models found the same vulnerabilities as Mythos (134 comments, 442 pts on HN). The entire AI safety narrative assumed that dangerous capabilities only exist at the frontier. If small models can find the same exploits, then the safety problem is not about model size. It is about capability emergence at every scale. Regulation aimed only at frontier labs misses the point. #AI #PublicOpinion #OpenSource
