Does my #mastodon instance/account keep track of number of people who follow me (that I don't follow back) who then have their accounts killed/removed? 90% of people following me in the past few months have been real, interesting people who I definitely wanted to follow back. But, in the past few weeks it's been 90% empty accounts, which I assume are phisphing.

Your periodic reminder to use Mastodon’s bookmark feature. Want to check sources before boosting a toot? Bookmark it! Come across a long toot or an interesting link you don’t have time to read? Bookmark it! Maybe just a new topic or author that interests you? Bookmark it!
Second tip: review your bookmarks regularly. I think once/week is good, but once/month might be sufficient? Any longer, and they really begin to stack up (for me). 🙂
