Once again asking for the #Mastodon feature to automatically downsize images when uploading.
My stupid phone has no means to downsize 5 MB pictures to a more managable 800x600 resolution, which would be more than anyone looking at it on Mastodon would need.

Mangane v1.19.5

Mangane is an alternative frontend for Pleroma, Akkoma and Mastodon with a focus on ease of use, readability and custom branding.
This project is developped for BDX-town Akkoma instance. Akkoma is a fork of Pleroma who mostly adds features, exposing them through new API endpoints. As of today, Akkoma and Pleroma API are compatible.
Mangane inherit from Pleroma the native large compatibility with Mastodon API.
Moreover, Mangane already has a feature detection system allowing us to adapt the experience following what platform is used as a backend.
We are speaking about Akkoma here since we are planning to add Akkoma specific features to the project without breaking any existing compatibility.

This is our only social media, we took the moral decisions to remove ourselves from US big tech over the last few years which is detriment to how a business should be run really.
We've been de-googled for many years, no trackers on our website - we don't care where you come or where you go, you won't find us on Amazon, no AI etc.
Basically I want to say that if you see businesses on #Mastodon, support them. They are usually here because morals got in the way of profits.
Spending ÂŁ12 to treat yourself to a bag of #coffee (for example) makes a huge difference to small businesses like us.

Hey #Mastodon peeps, #fediverse peeps and everyone inbetween.
Was there going to be a translation option for us stupid #englishspeakers who can't seem to become fluent in any other #language? I thought when i first signed up many moons ago that there was going to be something, but i'm guessing its not part of the Masto/Fedi frame work?
I'm following a lot of #nonenglish speakers and i'd love to be able to skim their posts as they come through rather than trying to bookmark to translate later

Casi dos semanas con el servidor propio y toca hacer balance.
Recursos: sobrados. De momento no hace falta gastar más euros, que ya es decir.
Seguimos sin apostar todo a Mastodon: @radio crece despacito pero crece, y en cuanto tengamos hueco empezaremos a programar pĂldoras sobre el Fediverso.
Vuelve la campaña de carteles - en breve los subimos más chulos y igual de baratos para imprimir por vuestros barrios.
También hemos estado trabajando para que nos encuentren mejor fuera del Fediverso, en los buscadores de toda la vida. Sin prisas, pero ahà está.
Por cierto, hemos conseguido actualizar Lufi. Pequeña victoria, pero victoria.
Y una cosa más: es posible que la semana que viene volvamos a Mastodon glitch. Nada dramático, solo que nos da más opciones. Ya contaremos.
