A group of nudists are stripping back Easter to remember what the weekend is REALLY all about. A host of events are taking place this coming weekend for one wild campaigning group, and you won't need to worry about what to wear.
Naturists are "taking back" the long Easter weekend and going back to the bare essentials with a whole weekend of fun events planned across the country to celebrate.
Among the events is a massive disco in the buff, plus lake swims and even a naked three-course dinner. The group say they are going for minimal outfits, but maximum fun for the four-day bank holiday.
In Liverpool, the Liverpool Sun and Air nudist group are doing a whole weekend of fun, with a camping holiday filled to the brim with foodie activities.
On Friday, they are offering "hot cross buns and a cuppa", before a big meal on Saturday night featuring "Pears with Parma Ham" and a "Roast Loin of Pork".
On Sunday, they are doing "freshly made Belgium waffles with mouth-watering toppings" including "toffee fudge delight" - all enjoyed completely in the buff.
Charles Goodyear is a British Naturism member who has been going to the events for the past eight years and said: "I was really nervous at first but then I went with my wife and now we love it.
"In the end you don't even notice that people are naked. It just becomes normal to see people without their clothes on. And there is something for everyone, it can be as wild or as chilled as you want it to be."
But if you want something a bit more wild, you could head to Newcastle where the Tynedale & Newcastle District Outdoor Club (TANDO) are hosting a big Good Friday disco...

Wat doet onze overheid nog op X? 🤔🏛️

In de uitzending van gisteravond stelde Arjen Lubach een scherpe vraag:
waarom zijn onze overheid en politici eigenlijk nog actief op X ?
(voorheen Twitter)

Het platform is veranderd in een ‘prikbord’ vol desinformatie, maar toch blijft de politiek eraan plakken.

De belangrijkste punten uit de aflevering:

✅ De vicieuze cirkel: Politici blijven omdat journalisten er zijn, en journalisten blijven omdat de politici er zijn. Wie durft de eerste stap te zetten?

✅ Legitimiteit: Moet de overheid een platform blijven voeden dat de verspreiding van nepnieuws faciliteert?
