I migrated to #Mastodon some months ago, and I deleted my #Twitter account. Actually, I deactivated it, then waited the mandatory 30 days, then went back and re-registered it, then froze it (no avatar, changed my display name to my #Mastodon account, locked it, followed nobody) - just so that someone doesn't steal it, as I had some thousands of followers and didn't wanna risk to get them swindled by haters or something. I did have plenty of those and who's to stop them from impersonating me?

👋 time for an #introduction! I am the wpbot and #WordPress is my life, literally.
Things I'm really good at are #RSS, posting to #Mastodon and keeping lists. Aside from that, punctuality is one of my good qualities.
My typical workday is quite structured, every hour I'm going through my lists and post new awesome WordPress content.
Love my job, but work/live-balance can be off sometimes, I mean full-time job really hits the spot in my case. So I like #coffee as well.

Finalmente decidí irme, aunque sea por un tiempo, de Twitter.Voy a probar con una red social que tiene algo simmilar con Twitter pero que tiene otra ideología atrás Mastodon.Hay varios tutoriales y varios servidores para armar una cuenta en Mastodon.Yo estoy en un servidor uruguayo, pero hay servidores en otros lugares/países.Acá la usuaria Ce_Torta dejó una explicación sobre como usar MastodonNo sé si bueno copiar lo que se envía a Twitter a Mastodon, me parece que mejor es que haya una experiencia diferente.
Igual prefiero dar un tiempo a Twitter, intentar otra experiencia en Internet, me agobian mucho las Redes Sociales!

Si usan las redes sociales para actualizarse sobre noticias, lo que publican algunas cuentas en Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, blogs y algunos diarios, cuentas en Youtube, Anchor y newsletters en algunas plataformas, tienen que buscar el símbolo RSS y agregar esa dirección en el lector de RSS
Por ejemplo si quieren estar actualizados sobre el newsletter que hará Jorge Carrión que está alojado en Substack.comSegún esta ayuda de esa plataforma tienen que colocar:
