@daj my posting is set to Plain, but I think I'm running into the Input Sanitization:

It's stripping out anything between angle brackets, I suspect, but only on media descriptions, not on the actual statuses.
It only seems to affect #gotosocial, as I tested with this account (on a #mastodon 4.4.3 instance) and it posts media description with angle brackets fine.

Decentralized twitter doesn't work. People don't come into it. Enterprises don't use it. There are no accounts of coming up movies or interesting events. Governments can't use it for public purposes.
There should be a state-funded public twitter. (Each country would have its own.) And/or maybe an international one, somehow.

Bonjour à toutes et tous.
Depuis janvier 2025, je suis sur Mastodon sous le nom @sallyMA . Line Marsan est le nom d'autrice que j'ai choisi. Je suis en fin de réécriture de mon premier roman. À plus de 50 ans, j'ose enfin, même si le #SyndromedelImposteur est tenace. Tourner le dos aux Gafam même si les amis ne suivent pas sur Mastodon, ou bien #oserecrire même si ce n'est pas à la hauteur de mes espérances, ce n'est pas si éloigné.
Ce compte sera dédié aux #mots , à la #litterature, à l' #ecriture . Parce que vivre cette #identite sur #mastodon ça a du sens pour moi.
