What are some good ways of following a discussion on #mastodon? In the web client, I see "More replies found"/"New replies loaded", but new replies are all scattered through the current discussion and there's no way to tell where they are; you have to scroll through the whole thing from the beginning and remember what you've seen. Is there a good FOSS app that handles this better, so you can see where new replies appear? Ideally while still maintaining the structure of who's replying to whom.
