Good people of wafrn, I’ve noticed that some people here use mastodon, and their mastodon posts get posted here too? Like, their account is linked between the two. (One username, one bio, one profile picture, etc.) how does one do this?? Like, have one singular account that posts to both? Or am I just completely misunderstanding what’s happening here

The power of open source: I've been using the official Mastodon iOS app ever since I joined because I need no feature the alternatives offer.
But the most recent version completely broke the image viewer, with no fix in sight (there is now an issue at least https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon-ios/issues/1546).
It took me about 2 hours and a few rounds with Copilot to check out the code, revert to a previous version, make it compile and install on my iPhone (should have taken 5 minutes but I'm no iOS dev).

直近に作られた変なアカウントはどれも「メール交換レコード」のホスト名（という言い方でいいのかな）が共通で「tinyhost.shop」だったので、これをブロックしました。取りあえず、承認制での登録を許すようにしておいた。
