Fedibirdのサーバー概要ページ( https://fedibird.com/about/more )では、「管理者」にのえるさんのアカウントは表示されてるけど、サーバーからのお知らせに使う「Fedibirdインフォメーション」アカウントや、「fedibird_info」ハッシュタグについては書かれてない。
Fedibirdでは主に「fedibird_info」ハッシュタグがお知らせ用途で使われるけど、こういったサーバー独自の運用についても、アカウント作成時に分かるようにサーバールールや利用規約などで示した方がいいと思う。

サーバールールや利用規約などで、そのサーバーの公式アカウントに相当するものや、サーバー管理者からの正規の伝達方法(「お知らせ」機能など)をあらかじめ示しておくのも、サポートを名乗るスパムへの対策として有効だと思う。
タイムライン上での注意喚起は、フォローや購読の少ないユーザーには届かない可能性がある。サーバールールや利用規約は、Fediverseに不慣れな人もアカウント作成時に必ず読むものなので、そのような周知に向いてると思う。

This platform needs to use some of that money to hire Mastodon evangelists and to make it easier for users (especially new users) to use.
Mastodon is underutilized given threats to free speech in the US and the near monopoly by broligarchs over social media.
