Warum Likes hier einfach wieder Spaß machen
Es gibt etwas wunderbar Befreiendes an Mastodon: Ich kann wieder einfach liken. Kein Algorithmus, der mir danach wochenlang ähnliche Inhalte unterjubelt. Kein „Oh nein, wenn ich das jetzt anklicke, denkt die Plattform, ich will nur noch Katzenvideos und politische Debatten sehen!“ – obwohl ich eigentlich nur die Person unterstützen oder dem Thema kurz Beifall klatschen wollte.

It would be ironic if the shooting of a right wing influencer lead right wing US gov to 'taking aim at Big Tech algorithms' (interesting choice of words CBC!) and embrace the Fediverse perhaps!
