Nicht mehr lange, und viele werden die Vorteile der fehlenden zentralen Kontrolle hier im #Fediverse mehr zu schätzen wissen.
Das Fehlen von standardisierter und automatisierter Moderation.
Und auch das Ausbleiben der Wellen neuer Accounts, die nur ihr „altes Zuhause zurück" haben wollen.
Diese grauenhaften Plattformen, die sie verlassen haben, lange nachdem sie für viele andere unerträglich geworden waren. Weil die Privilegierten ignorant geblieben sind, geschwiegen oder abgewiegelt haben.
Ein Hoch auf alle Admins, die das Fediverse nicht verändern wollen, und den Kniefall vor dem goldenen Kalb namens "Wachstum" verweigern.
Denn sie haben verstanden.

There is a time not too far ahead of us when many will learn to appreciate the lack of centralized control here on the #Fediverse.
The lack of standardized, and automated moderation.
And also the lack of being flooded with accounts that just want their "old home back" – the abominable places they left, long after these places had become intolerable to others people, because the privileged stayed ignorant, silent, or appeasing.
So this is to the admins and moderators not wanting to change the Fediverse, not worshipping the golden calf of "growth".
Because they've understood.
