Have you...
- Followed and engaged with other people by boosting and commenting?
- Looked up content you want for your feed using hashtags?
- Tagged your own posts with hashtags?
This is a social network, not an algorithmic firehose. You actually have to build meaningful social relationships. It'll never feel like the deluge of content you get from places like Twitter or Bluesky because it's not meant to. 
You have to curate your own feed and cultivate your own following, nothing is going to do that for you.
I'm glad Bluesky exists for people who want the deluge, but pls, for the love of dog, FOLLOW THE BLUESKY BRIDGE.
