With regard to #Tor #OnionServices on the #Fediverse,
I've set up a Mitra instance as an onion service, with lots of help from @silverpill. From there I should be able to federate with clearnet instances that proxy via Tor.
I understand Mitra, Pleroma, and Epicyon, amont others, can proxy via Tor. Has anyone gotten a clearnet instance of Mastodon to proxy via Tor? There are tantalizing hints in the documentation. https://docs.joinmastodon.org/admin/config/#hidden-services

🚨 PSA: Beware of a hacker going by “Sophia” 🚨
Heads up, everyone! There’s a hacker using the name Sophia going around. She hacked my Mastodon account (not my Revolt or Calckey.world), and she’s using tricks to steal people’s info.
👉 What she does:
1. Uses bots to grab your email, password, credit card info
2. Can even try to control your computer using Zoom’s Remote Access feature
3. Sends fake “interview” invites, pretending to be from a big news outlet
4. Uses an account that looks verified/legit to fool people
She’s currently active on X.com, likely using an old bought account with a verification badge.
⚠️ Stay safe:
1. Don’t trust random messages or invites from people you don’t know
2. Don’t click suspicious links or join “interviews” without confirming
3. Remember: the hacker’s real name might not even be Sophia
4. Please don’t harass anyone who might actually be a real Sophia—I don’t condone harassment

Feditip: Wenn man wissen möchte wie viele Menschen ein eigener Post erreicht, kann man die Anzahl der Follower der Menschen addieren, die den Post geboostet haben.
Bsp: 100 Boosts. Bei einer mittleren Followerzahl je Follower von 200 macht das 20.000 Timeline-Ausspielungen. Wenn es jede:r zweite anschaut sind es z.B. 10.000 Views.
Das ist das Minimum. Die Anzeigen über Hashtags kommen noch on Top.
