Dear friends and followers,
I want to inform you that I will be taking my Sharkey account offline and migrating my activity to this Mastodon account. This decision was not made lightly. I have deep appreciation for Sharkey and the community we built there, and I am proud of the achievements and connections formed on that platform. However, after careful consideration I have determined that Mastodon better meets my current needs and workflow.
The user interface and experience on Mastodon align more closely with how I want to create and share content going forward. While I am saddened to leave behind the milestones and memories accumulated on Sharkey, I view this move as an opportunity to continue our work in a space that supports my long-term goals. This transition is intended to strengthen our community — not to end it.
My aim is to grow this account into an even more vibrant and engaged hub. To that end, I have set an initial goal of reaching 50,000 followers here. Reaching that milestone will help amplify our conversations, projects, and future initiatives. If you value the content and community we’ve built together, I kindly ask that you follow this account (if you aren’t already) and boost this announcement so it can reach Mastodon’s trending tab.
Thank you to everyone who supported me on Sharkey — your encouragement, interactions, and achievements made that chapter meaningful.
