Mirrors were displayed in the main hall of The Hague City Hall (last week). It must have been a work of art, but I forgot to take a picture of the creator and couldn't find anything about it on Google. But it was remarkable nonetheless. The hall's roof against the blue sky, distorted as if reflected in water with a slight breeze. The white city hall was designed by Richard Meier. I’m a long time user of #librarything but I’m missing some features:
- A complete and real open source model
- Handling duplicate properly (it’s the major feature missing in LT)
- A better integration with the #fediverse and tracking reviews of book
On the other hand, #librarything is great with
- Book scanning and easy import
- Minimal UI interface
- Simple mobile app
Did I miss any new open source book management system?

Ich sitze bei 15°C und 84% Luftfeuchte mit dem ersten Glas Tee auf unserer kahlen Baustelle - formerly known as balcony.

Die Katzen haben sich an den Verlust der Katzenklappe gewöhnt und #Katze Neera kriecht jeden Morgen unter der Trennwand zum Nachbarn und guckt kurz nach dem Rechten.
Der alte #Kater Peter nimmt auf dem Laubengang gerne ein paar Happen Gras als Nachspeise bevor wir den allmorgendlichen Kontrollgang aufs Treppenhaus ausweiten.
