Článek a teorie okolo #GDPR je sice hezkej, ale vraťme se do reality.
1. Pokud dítě chodí na akce, vždycky ho někdy někdo někde vyfotí a rozhodně nebudete podepisovat GDPR souhlas
2. Pokud na kroužku budete tvrdě dupat na vyřazení dítěte z fotek, tak to znechucujete jak dítěti, tak organizátorům
3. Mezitím stejně někdo nahraje fotku z poslední vesnický akce na #Instagram či #Facebook, kde už se na něm učí #AI kreslit obličeje
4. Emoji přes ksicht brání jednoznačné identifikaci bez většího úsilí, protože koncentrace fotek dětí na profilech rodičů bývá větší, než obecně. Při dostatečném úsilí ale lidi na sebe prásknou tolik, že úplně tomu zabránit nejde
Za mě absolutně nedává smysl hnát se za plnému zabránění identifikaci, protože je to nereálné.

The number of times it's obvious someone is either cranking out important content from an LLM, or using one to answer questions that have been already posed to me is getting fucking tiresome.
And I *like* LLMs.
But I'm starting to think that, despite my enjoyment of them, if I could go back in time I might pull the plug. We'd lose out on some amazing things, but it's probably a net-positive. I hate what it's turning us into.
On one hand: I enjoy the concept of augmenting human abilities. Taking much of the load off our shoulders so we can do more important stuff. The power of it's natural language processing in all kinds of contexts continues to feel like a miracle.
But on the other hand: people have terrible judgment about when to use it. Despite ALL THE WARNINGS and major news stories about hallucinations and inaccuracies, they'll still use it like it's the fucking Enterprise computer or KITT, trusting it out of the box.
"ChatGPT said I could bridge the terminals of high voltage power supply with my dick so it's probably fine."
"Hey, Gemini, draft my last will and testament while I sleep! Then immediately get it notarized."
We have companies like #Google, #Microsoft and #Facebook to blame for this shit, putting it out there in front of people's faces long before it's ready for prime time. Google STILL has their AI-processed shit at the top of search results, regularly fucking WRONG, with no fucks given.
These morons are making both search and PEOPLE much worse, but they don't give a fuck as long as it doesn't hurt ad revenue.

This pushing of very specific already dominant religion even if your profile is almost empty and not related to USA, it looks very strange.
Also this looks completely unrelated to official goal of #Facebook existence - getting endlessly-growing profit via keeping users engaged at the platform 24/7/366.
I said this because such recommendations is something that repulse me away from using Facebook even further.

I have an actually dormant account at #facebook to be used at work. Today it send me a bunch of 4 "recommended" groups or pages (it does not matter and I don't care about this detail). What I noticed that over time percentage of some pages about #Christianity , God, Jesus and so on grown over time and reached point of 3 slots of 4.
As pagan-leaning person with tendencies towards Slavic #Paganism , I find this tendency concerning and politically enforced. 🧵

META unternimmt zu wenig gegen Betrugswerbung
Die Tatsache selbst überrascht nicht wirklich. Aber die Dreistigkeit und Skrupellosigkeit, mit der META mit betrügerischer Werbung Geld scheffelt, ist schon bemerkenswert. Vor knapp einem halben Jahr hatte ich über diverse Betrugsmaschen berichtet, die auf antisozialen Plattformen verbreitet werden; immer wieder fällt dabei F.c.book negativ auf, merkwürdig. Schon wieder steht META (vor allem mit F.c.book) am Pranger, diesmal nicht wegen betrügerischer Benutzerkonten, sondern wegen Werbung.
