TBH, I'd love to part ways with #facebook. The negatives are well known and too many.
Only a handful people and communities I'd like to keep in touch with are still there.
Strangely, the thing that brings me back, are the reels: Feel-good #music like Avie Sheck's cover of Creep and Fulton Lee's Funk.
#Neurology and #Psychology content from Kyleinspires and so many others.
Lots of interesting thoughtful critique of the #maga shitshow in #uspolitics.

My reason for having #Facebook is to buy/sell on Marketplace. There isn’t anything else to do of value IMHO. I’m annoyed Facebook has been able to displace #Craigslist. But I’m guessing it’s partially because Craigslist didn’t police businesses that ruined search with keyword and hashtag stuffing. 🤷🏼♂️ https://indieweb.social/@laurenshof/115735171390058308

Pas un jour sans que quelqu'un crache sur les utilisateurs de l'IA et/ou des réseaux sociaux, souvent des hommes d'ailleurs, vous voyez pas que vous faites parties du probleme avec votre mépris ? Sortez de votre bulle et essayez de comprendre qui utilise ces outils et pourquoi svp... Ok pour cracher sur les entreprises derrières ces outils, mais pas sur tous les utilisateurs merci.
