Bei mir war es der Entscheid für das #Wissenschaftsbloggen ab 2008, der mich bewog, im Netz immer den echten Namen anzugeben. Denn #Wissenschaft setzt #Vertrauen voraus.
Und manchmal half es mir auch: Als ich 2015/16 im #Irak diente, bloggte ich zur Geheimhaltung einfach weiter.
Zunehmend wurde ich auch 1 Person des öffentlichen Lebens & als ich 2019 meinen #Facebook - Account aus Protest löschte, kam… (1/2)

there’s a problem for #USA & #Canada android users; especially with #Samsung phones: ROOT.
#google colludes with #qualcomm and the few phone makers left in North America, to keep spyware in a separate partition from where apps are installed.
i have one of those post-2020 "unrootable" Samsungs with a fake system process that is a beacon for #Facebook & #Microsoft triggered via #LinkedIn.
we need #infosec folks looking into the phenomenon of shadow apps in #Google #Android.

"A local newspaper in Greater #Manchester has been forced to delete two #Facebook posts about the #Jewish community after both drew a deluge of #antisemitic comments, the newspaper’s editor has said.
The #BuryTimes published reports last week on planning approval for a new #mikvah – a ritual bath – in #Prestwich and on a #Holocaust education programme ahead of Holocaust Memorial Day. When the stories were shared on the paper’s Facebook page they attracted thousands of comments.
