#Drupal #EntityQuery conundrum:

Added a boolean field to a node type. Updated a few nodes.

Query with
->condition('myfield', 1, '<>')

only yields nodes that have been saved since the field was added and value <> 1.

Query with
->condition('myfield', NULL, 'IS NULL')

yields nodes that have not been saved since field was added.

Combining both with an orGroup to get all the nodes where myfield is (1 | null) --> zero results.

Any thoughts on dealing with new fields in queries?
