AI gets all the headlines, but an aging infrastructure creates all the headaches.

It’s easy to focus on AI, Canvas, and what’s coming next. But for education and government teams, Drupal 11 is the more urgent conversation.

Fresh from DrupalCon, Anna Mykhailova, breaks down what teams need to know about making the move to Drupal 11. The December deadline for Drupal 10 end-of-life is closer than it feels.

The addition of drupalGet() to #drupal kernel tests is interesting, but with the limitations (see change record) and the time it takes to do the conversion, I’m not sure how much this will help most projects (other than Drupal core.)

And this is exactly why we shouldn't use these kinds of tools zivtech.github.io/drupal-core-

Stalking affinities and "tensions" of core contributors to #Drupal is surely very positive to motivate people to contribute.

The funny thing about #SDC in #Drupal is that there has been absolutely nothing stopping anyone from keeping related twig/css/js files together in the templates directory, but apparently most people need the privacy of a more secluded directory to be comfortable with the intimate nature of inter-format mingling.

An almost perfect (IMHO) explainer and real-world example of using #Drupal AI Automator chains by Maciej Lukianski at Droptica 🤖✨

Points off for the lack of screenshots, but holy cow it has everything else. Well done. 👏🎯
