I had a bit of whiskey to drink, but I’m no dummy. Taking a wee bit of insurance out by finishing the night with bubbly water. It’s been a hell of a day. Emotional rollercoaster at work, but that’s easily handled by using #ChatGPT as a communications filter. What I wanna say is that I’m surrounded by ingrates and dunces, horrible human trash that double as fucking human shit stains. But what comes out is all tidy and much happier.

كشفت شركة OpenAI عن ميزة صحية جديدة تحمل اسم ChatGPT Health، وهي مساحة مخصّصة
تتيح للمستخدمين إجراء محادثات مع روبوت الدردشة ChatGPT حول موضوعات الصحة
والرعاية الشخصية، وفقًا لما أعلنته الشركة.
وأوضحت OpenAI أن أكثر من 230 مليون مستخدم يطرحون أسئلة متعلقة بالصحة والعناية
الشخصية على ChatGPT أسبوعيًا، مما دفعها إلى فصل هذا النوع من المحادثات ضمن قسم
مستقل، حتى لا يُستخدم سياق المعلومات الصحية ضمن المحادثات العامة الأخرى مع
المنصة.
وبحسب الشركة، فإنه في حال بدأ المستخدم محادثة صحية خارج قسم “الصحة Health”،
سيعمل النظام على توجيهه للانتقال إلى القسم المخصّص. وفي الوقت ذاته، يمكن لقسم
ChatGPT Health الاستفادة من بعض السياقات العامة التي ناقشها المستخدم سابقًا، مثل
معرفة أن المستخدم عدّاء إذا سبق له طلب المساعدة في إعداد خطة تدريب لماراثون، وهو
ما ينعكس عند الحديث عن أهداف اللياقة البدنية داخل القسم الصحي.
وأشارت OpenAI إلى أن قسم ChatGPT Health سيكون قادرًا على التكامل مع المعلومات
الشخصية أو السجلات الصحية القادمة من تطبيقات الصحة، مثل Apple Health و Function
و MyFitnessPal، مؤكدةً في المقابل أن المحادثات الصحية لن تُستخدم في تدريب نماذج
الذكاء الاصطناعي الخاصة بها.
وقالت فيدجي سيمو، الرئيسة التنفيذية لتطبيقات OpenAI، في بيانٍ رسمي، إن الشركة
ترى في ChatGPT Health استجابةً لتحديات قائمة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية، منها ارتفاع
التكاليف، وصعوبة الوصول إلى الخدمات، واكتظاظ الأطباء.
وفي المقابل، تبرز تحذيرات شديدة اللهجة من أن الاعتماد على روبوتات الدردشة
المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي للحصول على استشارات طبية يثير تحديات جديدة، إذ تعتمد
النماذج اللغوية الكبيرة على توقّع الإجابة الأكثر احتمالًا، لا الأكثر دقة، فضلًا
عن كونها عرضة لما يُعرف “بالهلوسة” في بعض الحالات، عند توليد إجابات خطأ
لاستفسارات المستخدمين.
وأكدت OpenAI في شروط الاستخدام الخاصة بها أن ChatGPT “غير مخصّص لتشخيص أي حالة
صحية أو علاجها”. ومن المتوقع أن يبدأ طرح ميزة ChatGPT Health للمستخدمين خلال
الأسابيع المقبلة.

The scary thing is that unofficial GPTs claiming to be medical professionals (like PAs and NPs) has been around for a few years already.
Thousands asking questions daily. Some created by official medical orgs and associations, but mostly not. And no way to tell the difference.
