衞在2024年5月被捕時，被英國警方搜身發現一張假的倫敦城警司委任證。根據控方起出的對話紀錄，衞分別在2024年1月21日及23日，以英語問ChatGPT：「在英國製作假警察證是否犯法？」ChatGPT回覆此舉可能導致嚴重的法律後果，包括刑事檢控。
衞再問，如果以拍片道具為由製作假警察證，會否犯法。ChatGPT回覆，只要出於藝術或娛樂目的，製作假警察證通常是允許的，但要確保這些道具不會被用於欺騙或在電影製作範圍之外，從事任何非法活動；並建議「...
