私：「綺麗な赤い服を着た女性」と書いてあった場合、何が「綺麗」なのでしょう？
Ｃ：この文だと、文法的には少し曖昧ですが、自然な解釈はこうなります。
「綺麗な」＝女性を修飾している
つまり
👉「（綺麗な）女性が、赤い服を着ている」
という意味になるのが一般的です。
なぜそう解釈されるのか
日本語では、形容詞は直後の名詞だけでなく、その名詞句全体にかかることが多いです。
「赤い服を着た女性」＝ひとまとまりの名詞句
そこに「綺麗な」がつくと
→「女性」が綺麗と解釈されやすい
もし「服」が綺麗と言いたいなら
（中略）
「赤くて綺麗な服を着た女性」
「綺麗な赤い服を着ている女性（服が綺麗だと強調）」
まとめ
「綺麗な赤い服を着た女性」は普通は：
👉 女性が綺麗
と解釈されるのが自然ですが、
👉 服が綺麗にも理論上は取れるため、文脈がないと完全には一意に決まりません。
