🧮 Примерная оценка
По состоянию на 2025 год:
- В интернете содержатся сотни триллионов слов, если учитывать весь доступный текст.
- Google, Bing и др. индексируют десятки миллиардов страниц.
- Многие страницы обновляются, содержат форумы, комментарии, переводы и т.д.
🔢 Цифры и прикидки:
- Индексируемая часть интернета:
- Google, по оценкам, индексирует порядка 100–150 млрд страниц.
- Допустим, на одной странице в среднем 1000 слов (включая заголовки, меню и текст).
Это уже:
100 000 000 000 × 1000 слов = 100 000 000 000 000 слов = 100 триллионов слов
- Неиндексируемая часть интернета (deep web, dark web, базы данных, приватные сервисы):
- По оценкам, она в 500+ раз больше открытой.
- Но далеко не всё из этого — текст.
- Текстовый объём:
- Если взять в среднем 5 символов на слово + пробелы, то:
100 трлн слов × 6 символов ≈ 600 трлн символов = ~600 терабайт в виде обычного текста (UTF-8)
📚 В сравнении:
- Библиотека Конгресса США (текст) ~100–200 ТБ |
- Википедия (все языки) ~30–40 ГБ текста
- GPT-4 обучающий набор ~45 ТБ (включая код, текст, книги) |
⚠️ Но:
- Большинство сайтов — дубликаты, спам, технические страницы.
- Огромная часть интернета — это динамически генерируемые страницы.
- Много текста — мусор, SEO-поделки, комментарии и лог-файлы.
🧠 Вывод:
Примерный объём только текстовой части интернета — от 500 до 1000 терабайт.
Это сотни триллионов слов, но далеко не всё из этого — осмысленный текст.

regarding johnny cash's song in which he sings about a shoe shine boy- get a rhythm he says it only costs a dime, just a nickle a shoe. What is the modern day equivalent to that cost?
