I have no idea if @arstechnica got it right; I can't believe this was the first study on ChatGPT usage, and more interesting things are to be to learned when 10% of the world population change their mind on what they consider information, but the time-series of consumers metrics alone is interesting.
Personally I find the interaction with the emulation of a mindless policy driven know-it-all sickening.

Ugh, i've resorted to ChatGPT to help me figure out how to do CVSS scoring, but at least i can check its 'math' with the online cvss calculator. Which is necesary for chatgpt.. I feel dirty and ashamed!
i do like the reasoning, wonder if there's better, but I seem to agree with them so far.
