So many of these AI companies are turning towards erotic chat bots because it’s been proven for decades now that porn is one of the top ways to make money on the internet. The others being advertising and e-commerce products/services.
The biggest downside to this, especially when it comes to these synthetic romantic “relationships”, is it will teach young people the polar opposite of what is true…that sexual relationships are frictionless and without consequence. It’s a disaster.
