Social networks are already full of misinformation (and information campaigns by autocracies such as Russia, China, and Iran), and now AI is added to the mix.
But there is also an interesting article about photo analysis in the context of AI.

A large-scale study conducted by European Broadcasting Union and the BBC found that #AI assistants misrepresent #news content in 45% of cases.
Key findings:
➡️ 45% of all AI answers had at least one significant issue.
➡️ 31% of responses showed serious sourcing problems – missing, misleading, or incorrect attributions.
➡️ 20% contained major accuracy issues, including hallucinated details and outdated information.
