Il faut le dire, c'est vraiment dur de quitter des plateformes qu'on utilise depuis si longtemps et qui se sont vraiment inscrites dans vos habitudes de socialisation. En même temps, leur #enshitification atteint un tel niveau qu'il devient presque vital, pour sa santé, de s'en éloigner le plus possible et de manière de plus en plus définitive. J'espère juste que le #Fediverse tiendra le coup. Mais, #Facebook , #Twitter , j'en peux plus. Et je crains que #Bluesky suive le même chemin.

Just thinking out loud, but right now I see the decentralized social site score card as #Nostr in the lead, #Bluesky in second place, since they have the potential to be decentralized, and #Mastodon third being held up by activity pub.

Any interest in a Top 100 Movie Curator app?
I've been ill, so I thought I'd write one in bed. I've got a native #QT UI, a native #KDE UI and a #cli at the moment, but I also plan to make a native #GTK, #Haiku and #macOS UI's too. I'll probably look at #Windows at some point.
It has a an elo-ranking mechanism and will also posts the movie to #BlueSky and #Mastodon 😛
Written in #cpp and uses native UI frameworks...

Today #Bluesky PBC announced they are spinning out the one really non-decentralizable piece of AT Protocol into some sort of independent Switzerland based organization.

What's important is the details of this new org, which are entirely lacking from today's press release:
Structure?
Funding?
Ownership?
Who will it employ?
