#Bluesky turned to Twitter before it was X. People don’t do much interaction (unless you’re famous) and conversation is all but nonexistent. Everybody’s peddling their things — products, writing, services — but no one listens and engage. OK, I refuse to talk politics, but still, there should be other topics on which a conversation could be held, even if only in 300-characters bites.

Y'all may have heard that Patton Oswalt got suspended off of Bluesky temporarily after jokingly commenting "wood chipper, feet first" on an article about Megyn Kelly.
That was a shitty thing of Bluesky to do, especially given that they actively allow accounts like the "Department of War" account openly talk about wanting to slaughter Venezuelans, and allow official US Government accounts to threaten people with deportation on it.
But make no mistake: Patton Oswalt is an insufferable centrist turd. He is not, and will never be, an ally to progressives. Want proof? Here's his *only* post that mentions Gaza on Bluesky:

What's the point of having the "nudity" option at all if everybody gets hit with the "suggestive content" label?
I remember an artist had to delete one of their art posts almost inmediately because they got hit with the label for depicting breastfeeding. Not the kink, literally just a mother breastfeeding their child. They were so pissed and I can't blame them.
