(💜 Marielle) Dear fellow admins, if your instance supports turning Authorized Fetch on or off, and you do not have Authorized Fetch disabled, please consider (re-)enabling it. AuthFetch prevents instances that you have defederated from seeing and interacting with your instance's posts, which is crucial to prevent your users or yourself from being doxxed.
If nobody believes me, I happened to see someone's post getting unwanted interaction from instances her instance defederated. I will not go into any detail because it was when she was dealing with a tough time, and I do not want to out her for it. I informed her privately, and she took care of it on her end, but yes, not having Authorized Fetch enabled can lead to incidents like this.

Mir wird "Beitragsveröffentlichung ausstehend" angezeigt, in WP finde ich aber keine entsprechende Einstellung.

Ich will deswegen nicht gleich auf Github eine Issue eröffnen. Grundsätzlich sind Quoted Toots beim #Wordpress #Activitypub Plugin auf dem Schirm und es wird daran gearbeitet: https://github.com/Automattic/wordpress-activitypub/issues/2272
Aber bisschen schade scheint mir schon, dass es noch keine Möglichkeit gibt diese Funktion ("Mein Blogbeitrag darf zitiert werden") zu aktivieren. Ich kann im Wordpress Backend keine Möglichkeit finden, "Beitragsveröffentlichung ausstehend" zu genehmigen oder dem zitieren grundsätzlich zuzustimmen.

I have added Mastodon-style (FEP-044f) quote post compatibility to my @DailyRucks bot. You can now quote post the daily voice lines as much as you want! 🥳
This would be noteworthy on its own if there weren't already a bunch of non-Mastodon implementations, but I'm actually late to the party. WordPress, Bonfire, micro.blog, dotmakeup, and ActivityBot all got there before I did.
However, I think my approach is novel for being *stateless*. Thread incoming.

It seems Peertube is sending me Update activities every few hours on the hour (or rather, on the 7s or 37s), with no changes.
Any idea what this is about? Perhaps view counters updating? Seems a tad noisy.

Estaba intentando meter la cuenta de Akkoma de Disroot en Tokodon y veo que no me deja, no se si será por que todavía Tokodon no acepta bien las cuentas de Akkoma o por otro motivo, espero que en el futuro las acepte.
Veo también que le falta la opción de las menciones pero supongo que ya estarán trabajando en eso también.
Comentar que el contestar un toot que sale en una cuenta con otra cuenta que no sea en la que se esta viendo es un poco menos intuitivo que en otras apps, pero ni tan mal, para mi tiene prioridad lo antes dicho, estos detalles ya se irán puliendo en el futuro

マストドンのインスタンスをmastodon.socialに変えてから、ここの記事をリポストしたりリプライした時に、表示名が「ishii-m」のままで「いしい」に更新されてなかったり、アイコンが空欄になっていることが、ずっと気になってる。データベースのテーブルを触れば直せるけれど、そんなことをせずに直す方法はないのだろうか？ この問題は、ここでコメントしたことのある私以外ののアカウントが表示名やアイコンを変えた時にも起こるはずだし…。
