I have a fun hackathon style challenge in mind;
I want to see teams take a #Matrix app and try to implement #ActivityPub in it, using and taking notes for any FEPs necessary on top of the AP spec. Or, conversely, take an ActivityPub app and try to implement Matrix in it.
In each case, I don't mean adding Matrix app style features to the AP app, or vice versa. I'm talking about re-implementing the existing features using a different protocol. To see if it can be done, and how hard it is.

#fedibird って、フォローしなくても「購読」扱いでリストに入れられて便利なんだけど、#WordPress の #ActivityPub を使っているアカウントで、フォローせずに購読でリストに入れてあるけれどリストに表示されないアカウントがある。韓国語のアカウントで、フォロワー数が、こちらで見ると"4"なので、いろいろな要因が重なっているような気はするが…。WordPressのActivityPubを使っている別のアカウントは表示されている。全て表示されているか確認しているわけではないが…。
リストで表示されなくても、こちらでアカウント検索すれば全部見られるから、それで投稿を確認はしているのだけど…。ちなみに、fedibirdでアカウント検索しても、fedibirdが認識している他のアカウントがブーストした投稿くらいしか表示されない。
もしかしたら、誰かがフォローして投稿がfedibirdのサーバーに入らないと、検索だけでなく、「購読」でも表示されないのかな？

I got TechCrunch coverage for Loops with literally just a signup form because I wouldn't shut up about it.
Ship in public. Make noise. Be annoying if you have to.

Reality: Laravel, Vue, federation, and a vision beyond profit.
@loops is my middle finger to tech gatekeepers who said only monopolies can build this.
